More Details: Hello all! Dewey was last seen on lower Mt. Vernon road across from the Salem Church of Heusler cemetery. Dewey is a grey tabby with an ear clip a “winky” left eye which happened after a previous injury. His tabby stripes are more prominent on his tail and he has a dark grey nose
