Posts made within your town, county, or region can post directly to your Facebook Page!
Are you manually sharing or creating Facebook posts from user messages? Direct them to Create a Report and we’ll handle the rest! The post will show up on your page’s feed with all necessary information in an easy-to-understand format. You’ll receive access to administration tools to edit or update the post on Indiana Lost Pet.
Collecting data allows local organizations to understand what areas within your community need help the most and inform them how to best allocate resources. For example, which areas of your city have the highest percentage of unfixed animals?
Organizations can also use data to apply for grants to fund programs that address the core issues your community is facing. We publish anonymized data and analysis monthly.
User contact information is protected from the general public until a finder submits proof of ownership on the post, but you can see this information as an admin. This method helps to deter scammers that frequently use lost pet pages to target vulnerable people.
There are so many lost/found pet resources that the public may become confused about where to go. By joining our network, we can create a centralized space for posting lost/found pets in Indiana while still reaching your followers!
